All three stories of the home were completely remodeled: kitchen (reconfiguration of space to create 'great room' w/ home office), 3 1/2 bathrooms, mud room addition, lighting, flooring, paint, fireplace, addition of bay window, reconfiguration of powder room access, all doors and hardware replaced, window treatments.

 

Remodeling four bathrooms was a wonderful opportunity to exercise different aesthetics and designs. From a traditional subway tile and 1" hexagonal tile floor to a jewel box powder room, we also included a more contemporary design on the ground floor with the master bathroom being a complete overhaul of an existing design.

 

Retaining a water closet in the master bathroom, we also created a "wet room" for the shower and claw foot tub, where an old drop-in jacuzzi had been.
